Here's why the world hates and fears them: The Uncanny X-Men | NES Works 159
Youtube Video Description:
In the X-Men comics, the mutant race is famously hated and feared by humans. In that light, maybe this game is a relic of that universe: a work of propaganda to disgrace and discredit the few mutants who make it their mission to protect humanity from the genocidal ambitions of less tolerant mutant. Even the good ones are bad, you see!
Because nothing associated with this game can possibly be good. Is it the worst NES game we've seen to date? Arguably! Is it the worst possible representation of X-Men in video game form at a time when the X-Men name was surging in popularity and just about to hit the mainstream of popular culture? Absolutely! Good going there, LJN.
Special thanks to Diamond Feit for wielding the camera at me a couple of years ago for the hosting segments.
